Frances Kaiser has authorized the announcement of her candidacy in the March Republican primary for Bandera County Sheriff and has designated Keith Mansfield as her campaign treasurer. A Bandera County native and 1960 Medina High School graduate, Frances is the oldest daughter of HW "Buddy" and Nora Ann Hubble of Medina. She has over 30 years of public work experience and was employed in the Texas public school system for 14 years.
