Sir Francis Theodore Page Burt <small>AC KCMG QC</small> (1918 - 2004) was Governor of Western Australia from 1990 to 1993. He gained his silks as a Queen's Counsel in 1959. He founded the independent Bar in Western Australia in 1961, and, with others, he established Bar Chambers in 1962. Burt was a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, which is the highest ranking court in the Australian State of Western Australia. Wikipedia
