Francis David Nichol was a Seventh-day Adventist editor, author, and leading twentieth-century apologist for the prophetic ministry of Ellen G. White. Born in Australia, Nichol's parents became Adventists after reading a discarded copy of the "Review and Herald" (now the "Adventist Review").
