Frank Milano is a Judge of the New York Court of Claims. He is the former Acting Secretary of State of New York. Milano served for several years in the administration of Gov. George Pataki as the first deputy secretary of state. Milano served as acting secretary of state for several months in 2005 and 2006 following the resignation of former Secretary Randy Daniels and the appointment of Secretary Christopher Jacobs.
