Franz Voves (born February, 28th 1953 in Graz, Styria) is an Austrian politician of the SPÖ and a former player in the Austrian ice hockey national team. Since October 25th 2005, he has been Governor of Styria (Landeshauptmann der Steiermark). He was vice-governor of Styria from March 12th 2002 to October 24th 2005.
