Centre Fredrik Lindquist played eight games for the Edmonton Oilers in 1998-99. He was an excellent passer and face off specialist who was well known in his native Sweden. The Stockholm native began his career in the second division with Huddinge and Nacka HK. After scoring six goals in his first year with mighty Djurgårdens IF in 1990-91, he was taken 55th overall by the New Jersey Devils at the NHL Entry Draft. Wikipedia
