Fulton Mackay (August 12, 1922 - June 6, 1987) was a Scottish actor. Mackay was born in Paisley, Scotland. He trained as a quantity surveyor and served with the Black Watch during the Second World War. After training as an actor at RADA he appeared in several films and television programmes, but was best remembered for his role as the warder, Mr Mackay, in the British sitcom, "Porridge".
