Ambassador Gaddi Holguin Vasquez (born January 22 1955) is the 8th United States Representative to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, in Rome, Italy. He was nominated by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate on June 29, 2006. Mr. Vasquez was sworn into office on September 7 2006 by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Prior to that, he was the Director of the United States Peace Corps. Wikipedia
