Gary Connor , General Counsel Gary Connor was recently named General Counsel of DHCR by Commissioner VanAmerongen . Most recently, he served as First Deputy Bureau Chief of the Investment Protection Bureau in the State Attorney General's Office, where he worked for over twenty-two years on behalf of five Attorneys General.
