Gary Titley (born January 19, 1950 in Salford, Greater Manchester) is a British politician, currently leader of the European Parliamentary Labour Party (EPLP) and Labour Party Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the North West of England. He is a former director of the West Midlands Enterprise Board and chaired the West Midlands Co-op Finance Company and the Black Country Co-op Development Agency. Wikipedia
