Caresia Vice President, Human Resources Mr. Caresia joined Ferrellgas in 2002 and has oversight of Ferrellgas’ Human Resources function, which includes Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Staffing, Employee Development, and Organizational Development.
