Geoff Jansz (born 1958) is a Sri Lankan-born Australian Maltese chef and television presenter. Formerly a pharmacist, graduating with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney in 1984, Jansz instead turned to things epicureal and opened a restaurant in Picton, New South Wales.
