Georg Nees is a professor at the University of Erlangen, Germany Nees studied mathematics, physics and philosophy at Erlangen and Stuttgart and in 1969 he received a Ph.D. in "Generative Computer Graphics" under Max Bense, the founder of Information Aesthetics.
