George Blay is a Ghanaian football player who, as of 2006, was playing for Dinamo Bucureşti. He was part of the Ghanaian 2002 African Nations Cup team, who exited in the quarter-finals after losing to Nigeria. He also featured at the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship. The 26-year old Blay played nine seasons in the Belgian First Division. The quick and stone hard defender defended the colors of Standard (1997-2002), KV Mechelen (2002-2003) and La Louvière (2004-2006). Wikipedia
