Mr. Deming received his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in international affairs from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Before joining Deleware in 1978, he was responsible for institutional portfolio management at White Weld & Co. He is a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. bsad.uvm.edu
