George Kottaras (born May 16, 1983 in Scarborough, Ontario) is currently a prospect in the Boston Red Sox organization. Kottaras played for Greece at the 2004 Summer Olympics. His eligibility derived from his parents. He was selected to the 2006 All-Star Futures Game.
