Sir George Phillippo was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in the late 1800s. He often attended the Legislative Council of Hong Kong sittings from around 1884 to 1888.He was born in Spanish Town, St Catherine’s, Jamaica in 1833, the son of Rev.
