George Wolfe, an employee of the United States government, worked for the Coalition Provisional Authority in 2003 and 2004. Wolfe sat on the CPA's Program Review Board, the committee that made the final recommendation to CPA Administrator Paul Bremer over the $20 billion of contracts the CPA awarded.
