Gerard Leonard Frederik Philips (Zaltbommel October 9, 1858 - Den Haag january 25, 1942) was a Dutch industrialist and cofounder (with his brother, Anton Philips) and first CEO of the NV Philips' Gloeilampenfabrieken.
