Ghassan Elashi was a founder of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), and was a member of the founding board of directors of the Texas branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Mr. Elashi was also vice president of InfoCom Corporation of Richardson, Texas, indicted along with Hamas terrorist Mousa Mohammed Abu Marzook.
