Glenda Knowles Glenda Knowles Chief Financial Officer Glenda Knowles has been in public service with the state of Georgia for almost 30 years. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) where she has gained over 10 years of her work experience.
