Goretti Horgan (born 5 July in the 1950s) is an Irish socialist activist. Born in Ireland, Horgan was named for Maria Goretti. She attended university before moving to England. She later returned to Dublin, where she became involved in a pro-choice campaign. In 1986, she moved to Derry, where she helped set up a group to assist women to travel to the UK for legal abortions.
