Graham Bartram is a British vexillologist (flag researcher), a vexillographer (flag designer), and is currently Secretary-General for Congresses of FIAV (Fédération internationale des associations vexillologiques). He is also the Chief Vexillologist of the Flag Institute and maintains the World Flag Database.
