Hannah Hoes Van Buren, born Hannah Hoes (March 8, 1783 - February 5, 1819) was the wife of the eighth United States President, Martin Van Buren, from 1807 until her death. She was also one of his maternal cousins. She died of tuberculosis at the age of 35, 17 years before her husband was elected to the presidency.
