Heather Reid OBE CPhys FinstP (born c. 1969) is a Scottish meteorologist and television weather presenter for BBC Scotland. Reid was born in Paisley, and graduated from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in physics. She followed this with a masters degree in image processing from Edinburgh University's Meteorology Department. She has been employed by the UK Met Office since 1993, and works as a weather forecaster at Glasgow Weather Centre. Wikipedia
