Dr Heather Wharrad is Senior Lecturer in Education and Health Informatics at University of Nottingham. She leads the research group in Education & Technology for Health in the School of Nursing. She is a founder member of the Universities Collaboration in E-learning (UCeL) whose remit is to develop high quality multimedia re-usable learning objects in Higher Education and more recently the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) for Reusable Learning Objects. alt.ac.uk
