Henry Herbert, 2nd Earl of Pembroke KG (1534-January 19 1601) was a statesman of the Elizabethan era. He was the son of William Herbert, 1st Earl of Pembroke and Anne Parr. He was married to Catherine Grey on May 1553, in a political match arranged by their parents. The couple probably had their marriage annulled in 1554 when Queen Mary rose to the throne.
