Ian Smart (born February 28th, 1980 in Kingston, Jamaica) is a kick returner for the CFL's British Columbia Lions. He is also their backup running back. Smart is number 2 and went to C.W. Post College where he rushed for 2,536 yards in 2001. He is 5'8" and 192 lbs. In 2003, Smart attended New York Jets training camp but joined NFL Europe's now-defunct Scottish Claymores as a running back. He played 4 games with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2004. Wikipedia
