Ingrid Washinawatok El-Issa (also known as "O'Peqtaw-Metamoh" and "Flying Eagle Woman") was born in 1957. She was an internationally-known member of the Menominee Nation of upper Wisconsin, assassinated by FARC guerrillas in Colombia in 1999.
