Irene Vernon was an American actress. Vernon was born Irene Vergauwen in Mishawaka, Indiana. Her career began with small uncredited roles in 40s movies. Vernon ended her movie career in 1952, but during the 1950s, she moved over to television roles. Throughout the early 50s, Vernon guest starred in shows such as Fireside Theatre, The Lone Ranger, Danger, Flight, and The Donna Reed Show. It wasn't until 1964 that Vernon got the best role of her career. Wikipedia
