Irwin Nesoff, Director Irwin is Associate Professor of Social Work at Kean University, where he has been on faculty for eleven years. Prior to joining the Kean faculty, he worked in the human services field for twenty-five years, eighteen as an administrator in non-profit and governmental organizations. kean.edu
