Isa Chandra Moskowitz is an American born cookbook author and the co-host of a New York City based cable access cooking show. Born at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York on February 3rd, 1973, Moskowitz found herself drawn towards the punk rock scene of the late 1980's.
