Ishfaq Ahmad "Sitara-i-Imtiaz, Hilal-i-Imtiaz, Nishan-i-Imitiaz", (born 3 November 1930) is a former Chairman of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC). He is currently advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Dr. Ahmad was awarded his MSc (Physics), from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, in 1951.
