Ivan Stepanovych Plyushch (born 1941) is a Ukrainian politician. He twice served as the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine, from December 5, 1991 through May 11, 1994 and from February 1, 2000 through May 14, 2002.
