J.W. Glidewell has been in pastoral ministry since 1976. Since 1992 he has served as pastor of First Baptist Church, St. Francis, Kansas and also serves as a part-time law enforcement officer and chaplain. He graduated from Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, 1983 (BA), and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas, 1987 (MDiv).
