Jabez W. Huntington (November 8, 1788 - November 1, 1847) was a United States Representative and Senator from Connecticut. Born in Norwich, he pursued classical studies, and graduated from Yale College in 1806. He taught in the Litchfield South Farms Academy for one year, and studied law. He was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Litchfield, and was a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives in 1829. Wikipedia
