John Michael "Jack" Doan is a professional wrestling referee working for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the "RAW" brand. Doan joined WWE in October 1991 as a truck driver. From there, he took robes from Superstars at ringside, played music at shows, worked on the ring crew and continued to drive from town to town. From there he became a part time ref.
