James Allan (Jim) Barcia (born February 25, 1952) is a politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He a life-long resident of Bay City, and currently represents Michigan's 31st Senate District, which serves the people of Arenac, Bay, Huron, Sanilac and Tuscola counties. Barica is also a former congressman.
