James Finch is the owner of the Phoenix Racing team in NASCAR. They field the #1 Miccosukee Chevrolet driven by J. J. Yeley in the Busch Series and the #09 Chevrolet driven by Mike Wallace part-time in the NEXTEL Cup series.
