James J. Greco is the chief executive officer of Bruegger's Enterprises Inc., parent company of Bruegger's Bagel Bakeries, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont. Before joining Bruegger's, Greco was CEO of Fieldbrook Farms, Inc. from 1996 to 2002, a $100 million manufacturer of private label ice cream and frozen desserts.
