Jay DeMarcus (born Stanley Wayne DeMarcus, Jr. on April 26, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio) is the bassist and a harmony vocalist in the American country pop trio Rascal Flatts. His second cousin, Gary LeVox, is also in the group as the lead vocals. Jay was a graduate of Tree of Life Christian School in Columbus, OH, while living with his aunt, uncle, and cousin Ashley.
