Jay Jalbert (b. October 6, 1977) is a professional lacrosse player in the USA. Currently he plays indoor lacrosse for the National Lacrosse League. He has played for the Colorado Mammoth since 2004, and played for the Philadelphia Wings in 2001. Additionally he plays for Major League Lacrosse's Long Island Lizards.
