Jayne Brook (born Jane Anderson on September 16, 1962 in Northbrook, Illinois) is an American actress, best known for her role as Dr. Diane Grad on the medical drama "Chicago Hope". She appeared on the series from 1995 to 1999. Brook graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 1978 at the age of 15.
