Jeannie Berlin (born November 1, 1949) is an Oscar-nominated American actress. Berlin was born in Los Angeles, California to screenwriter/playwright Elaine May. May directed her daughter in the 1972 film "The Heartbreak Kid", which garnered Berlin Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations.
