Jef Field Head Baseball Coach - Email Field is in his 14th season as head coach of the Midland Lutheran College baseball team. Field owns a 295-294 career record at MLC. Field was named the 2001 GPAC Coach of the Year, guiding the Warriors to a fourth place finish at the 2001 Region IV tournament. The MLC baseball team earned three consecutive regional berths from 1997 to 1999, finishing in third place in both 1997 and 1998, capturing second place in 1999. mlc.edu
