Jeffrey Allan Kemp (born July 11, 1959 in Santa Ana, California), is a former professional American football quarterback from Dartmouth College. Undrafted, Kemp played in 11 NFL seasons from 1981 and 1983-1991 for 4 different teams. In 1984, he led the Los Angeles Rams with 13 touchdowns passes a trip to the playoffs. In 1986 as a back-up to the injured Joe Montana, Kemp threw 11 touchdowns for the 49ers. Wikipedia
