Jeff McCarthy is an American character actor who has appeared in television, theatre and films. He has made guest appearances on two Star Trek series; on "Star Trek: The Next Generation", he appeared in the season 3 episode "The Hunted" as Roga Danar, and in the pilot episode of "Star Trek: Voyager" entitled "Caretaker" as Doctor Fitzgerald, the first doctor of the USS Voyager.
