Jeffrey Hunker is Professor of Technology and Public Policy in the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University. He received his bachelors degree from Harvard and PhD from Harvard Business School and joined the Boston Consulting Group. He later became and advisor in the Department of Commerce and the founding director of the Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office.
