Jejomar Binay (born November 11, 1942) is the Mayor of the City of Makati in the Philippines, having first been appointed to the post in 1986 following the EDSA revolution. He is the only child of the Diego Medrano Binay of Bauan, Batangas and Lourdes Gatan Cabauatan of Cabagan, Isabela. Wikipedia
