Jennifer Blackburn Dunn (born July 29, 1941), American politician, was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1993 to 2005, representing the Eighth Congressional District of Washington. Born in Seattle, Washington, Dunn grew up in the suburb of Bellevue. She attended the University of Washington and Stanford University, earning business degress.
